Since the first event in 2017, PROTEINA has offered a broad network of all key players from industry and research. The aim is to discuss current developments and to come together for a joint exchange on the potential for the sustainable use of innovative alternative proteins.

As the organizer, PPM relies on a strong alliance of regional start-ups, medium-sized companies and research institutes. They come from sectors such as the food industry or agriculture and work together with global active players and authorities to stimulate investment and innovation.
